Thank you. I have gone to psychiatrists and they have told me there is nothing wrong with me. I went through your video for the first time, and I felt the anxiety leave me, like someone taking out a quilled heavy ball from my sternum. I think I can finally sleep well tonight. ~Hugs~

Hi I’m 33. Ever since my teens I’ve been getting anxiety attacks occasionally. Mostly during very stressful times of my life. I can say that it’s just about every couple years. Since I’ve learned what causes it, it’s been helpful. But it’s never easy to go through panic attacks. I always have to be reminded that its something that can be overcome and it’s just a temporary feeling. Thanks for this!

Thank you very much for this video. I have been struggling with anxiety for a long time and it stops me doing the things I would love to do as a teenager. This video has shown me a great method to calm down and overcome these feelings. Cheers and good luck to everyone watching this video.
(If anyone would like to email me to discuss methods that work best for them that would help me alot as i can’t help feeling i’m alone with this problem)

Awesome technique, I’ve been doing lots of meditation the past couple of months that has helped me combat my anxiety, but I’ve gotten some very crippling physical and mental spells the past couple of weeks, This has helped me a lot. Thanks so much for sharing this with us, You’ve shined a light in my life that I will not forget.

this is very logical to overcome anxiety you must confront it head on that is what is going on in this video is self reassurance that it’s ok by focusing in on the sensation that triggers anxiety it gives you reassurance that it’s nothing that is going to harm you all anxiety is, is fear and then that fear turns into another so you must stop the fear in it’s tracks to stop the negative feelings is how i under stand this may be wrong but it sounds like a good idea anyways thanks a bunch

You should first practice regularly at home without distractions. Once you become very familiar with the technique, implementing it in public with eyes open will be much easier.
